RETURN & CANCELATION POLICY
We offer returns for all products that have not been customized within 7 days of delivery or pickup. You can use this page to learn about our return and cancellation policy.
BY ACCESSING OUR WEBSITE AND/OR PLACING ORDERS, YOU ARE ACCEPTING AND CONSENTING TO THE PRACTICES DESCRIBED IN THIS RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY, IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND IN THE PRIVACY STATEMENT.
Please use the following scenarios accordingly:
Scenario 1 - Unopened, unused, in its original packaging
Return at any Patari shop within 7 working days from delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase.
The product can be exchanged with voucher of equivalent value or with other product of equivalent value.
In the case of higher value product, you will have to pay the difference between the amounts.
Where to return your products
You can return your products, at any Patari Shop Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:30, and Wednesday, from 09:00 to 13:00.

How to cancel an online order
If you have chosen to Pick-up from Patari Shop, you can cancel your order at any time up to 2 working days, after the order confirmation date, by calling +357 22660460.
If you have chosen the Home Delivery or the Pick-up from Travel Express office, you can cancel your order at any time before the product is handed to the delivery service.
After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
